FAQ for our Pet Supply Store
  • Can you ship outside of the US?  If you are interested in ordering from us, please email us at ContactSnowDogs@gmail.com  with the items you are interested in, and we can get you a quote on shipping the items to your place!
  • How come all of my items don't come at the same time?  We use different distributors and warehouses to ship our products, so they won't always arrive in the same box
  • Do you Really use these products with your dogs?  YES!  All of the companies we deal with are companies that we know well and trust!  We only work with companies that we actually buy from for our own pets! 
  • All items we sell will be processed as soon as possible.  Expect 1 - 3 business days for processing.  Currently we only ship to the United States, but we are looking into shipping to other countries.  If you have an item you want to purchase and have shipped internationally, please contact us at ContactSnowDogs@gmail.com and we will see if we can accommodate you.  Because our items ship out from different warehouses, shipping prices may vary.
  • Items that need to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back to the company at your cost.  Please be sure to obtain a tracking number for any item that you are returning.  Because we are mainly dealing with pet products, items may only be returned unused, in their original packaging.  We will do whatever we can to solve any of your issues that may come up.  We will only accept returns for up to 20 days after your shipping date.
